Private Pool 4-Bedroom Villa at Euro Village

$3,220 /month
Looking for a villa for rent in Da Nang? Long-term options range from independent family homes with private pools to managed villas in riverside, golf and beachfront communities. The right budget depends heavily on location and property type: a residential villa in My An or Son Tra is a different market from a villa inside The Point, Ocean Villas or a premium beachfront resort.
Use the listings on this page to identify properties you like, but ask us to confirm the current rent, availability, furnishings and lease conditions before arranging a viewing. Villa inventory changes quickly, and older listing prices should not be treated as guaranteed current offers.
For a practical long-term search, approximately $2,000–$3,200 per month currently opens up a meaningful selection of three- and four-bedroom pool villas, including some properties in established residential and golf/resort communities. Premium beachfront and newly built resort villas can cost $4,000 per month or substantially more.
Recent market examples include a three-bedroom, approximately 300 m² villa with a private pool at The Point advertised at about $2,200 per month, a three-bedroom, approximately 400 m² villa at Ocean Villas at about $2,900 per month, and four-bedroom Euro Village villas around $2,700 per month.
Near My An, a recent four-bedroom, approximately 340 m² private-pool villa was advertised at roughly $3,000 per month. At the premium end, four-bedroom resort villas with private pools and beach access can reach approximately $3,800–$4,000 per month, while newer luxury resort inventory can cost considerably more.
These are asking-price examples rather than a citywide average. The final rent depends on the specific property, lease length, furnishings, maintenance package and negotiation with the owner.
My An and Khue My in Ngu Hanh Son are strong starting points if you want a private villa while remaining close to the beach, restaurants and everyday services. Current inventory includes both independent pool villas and larger family properties.
The trade-off is that individual streets can differ considerably. Check nearby construction, road width, parking and evening noise rather than choosing a villa solely because the listing says it is near the beach.
Hoa Hai is where renters encounter many of Da Nang’s golf and resort-style villa communities. Current long-term inventory includes The Point, Ocean Villas and higher-priced resort properties.
This area works particularly well when a private pool, landscaped surroundings, compound security or access to resort facilities matters more than being within walking distance of the restaurant areas around My An.
Euro Village is useful for renters who want a villa environment while remaining close to the Han River and central Da Nang. Recent four-bedroom examples have been advertised at around $2,700 per month.
Compare the individual villa’s furniture, garden, parking and condition as carefully as the location. Being in the same compound does not mean two properties offer the same standard.
Son Tra offers both beach-oriented neighborhoods and quieter residential streets farther north. Current inventory includes substantial pool villas as well as houses that are marketed as villas, so compare land area, outdoor space and privacy rather than relying on the property label alone.
If Son Tra is your preferred side of the city, also compare houses for rent in Son Tra because a large house may meet the same requirements at a different price point.
Hai Chau has fewer resort-style options but can make sense when commuting to central offices, schools, hospitals or other city facilities is more important than beach access. Private-pool villas do occasionally appear in central locations, but the choice is narrower than around Ngu Hanh Son.
| Property type | Best suited to | Check before signing |
|---|---|---|
| Independent residential villa | Families wanting privacy, space and flexible residential locations | Pool care, garden care, parking, road access and nearby construction |
| City compound villa | Renters wanting a more controlled residential environment with convenient city access | Security, management charges, house rules and included services |
| Golf/coastal villa | Renters prioritising space, greenery, pool facilities and the coastal corridor | Management fee, construction nearby, transport needs and facility access |
| Premium beachfront/resort villa | Renters prioritising beach access and resort facilities | Management fees, which resort facilities are included and long-term resident conditions |
Do not compare villas using headline rent alone. Before making an offer, ask for a written breakdown of what is included.
In managed developments, the difference matters. A villa with a higher advertised rent can sometimes include management or maintenance that another owner charges separately.
There is no single payment structure for every Da Nang villa. Current long-term listings show deposits commonly around one to two months, while some owners request several months of rent in advance. The exact combination depends on the owner, property and lease.
Before paying a deposit, make sure the contract states the monthly rent, deposit, payment schedule, lease dates, included services, utility responsibilities, inventory and conditions for returning the deposit.
A villa has more systems and outdoor areas to inspect than a typical apartment. A viewing should cover the building as well as the pool, garden and surrounding street.
Choose based on features rather than terminology. In Da Nang, the distinction between a large house and a villa is not always consistent across property advertisements.
If your priorities are simply three or four bedrooms, parking and more space than an apartment, compare the wider selection of houses for rent in Da Nang. If a private pool, substantial garden, compound security or resort facilities are essential, narrowing the search to villas is more useful.
Renters who do not need private outdoor space can also compare apartments for rent in Da Nang, where building facilities can reduce the maintenance responsibilities that come with a private villa.
Start with the requirements that materially change the available inventory. Bedroom count and budget are important, but location, lease duration and outdoor-space requirements can narrow the search just as quickly.
